“Keep our Meadow Green” is an organisation of ordinary residents, united in a fight to save one of the few remaining historic and protected greenfield sites in Stoke-on-Trent from destruction by Barratt Homes. The arrogance and disrespect for the people of Stoke-on-Trent demonstrated by Barratt Homes and their partners is staggering.

Keep our Meadow Green 
Please can you let me know how my family and I can donate to help prevent this from happening. I grew up playing in this meadow, it is a beautifully safe environment for children, a wonderful place for dog walkers and a great place to see so much wildlife. I’ve seen so many estates being built in the Trentham area, it is loosing all the qualities that Originally attracted my parents to move here in 1978. The council should be looking into renovating the abysmal so called city centre, not building and destroying an area of the city that is already becoming over crowded. The schools are full, the roads are over run with traffic, it is just ludicrous to even consider building more houses.
